Want Three Free Issues of Antler Magazine?

Uh, yes please?! Although Antler magazine has now added a small fee to their mag, they're still keeping the first three issues free! That's right, you can view them online, for FREE. No strings attached. And if you happen to fall in love with it, you can pay a measly $1.99USD for issue number four. And it doesn't matter about not being able to find it stocked on your local newsagent shelf, because you download it straight off the web. It's a pretty sweet idea if you ask me. Not only is it super easy, but it's also environmentally friendly because no trees were cut down to construct the mag!

These little images are just snippits from the free issues that you can check out. I'm already halfway through Issue 2 and I'm incredibly excited for Issue 3. Let me know what you think of the magazine, I'd love to know.

Once again, I have school work that is calling my name. I shall leave you to read through Antler.

Love.

The Uniform Project

Ok, so I owe this to my friend who also owes this find to her friend! Confusing? I know. But I must give kudos to Miss Hannah Shipton and Miss Chamani Wong. The Uniform Project is an incredibly clever site that features one dress in 365 different ways. That's correct, one extremely versatile dress featured in a years worth of outfits. That's just slightly impressive. If you want to check it out (which I highly reccomend) the link is here.

And that is just one of the many outfits that are up on the site. She began in May 2009 and it continues today. Not only is it a really cute idea, it also has a purpose. "The Uniform Project is a year-long fundraiser for the Akanksha Foundation, a grassroots movement that is revolutionizing education in India. At the end of the year, all contributions will go toward Akanksha’s School Project to fund uniforms and other educational expenses for slum children in India." So check it out, favourite it and give a little money!

I also have to say, I haven't posted anything in ages, not that anyone really reads this, but at least it gives me a way to vent. School is getting more stressful and assessments are coming on in large numbers. I'm just so glad I only have around 112 days left. It's so exciting to finish after 13 years! I also found out I'm gluten intolerant. Which makes things a little more difficult food wise. Also, my genes are susceptible to coeliac disease so I have to have a blood test every year on my birthday (oh, how joyous) to see if I have developed it. Other than me being medically screwed up, I'm doing pretty good. I'm incredibly excited about life and everything that comes with it, whether it be good or bad. I'm just so grateful that I've made it this far.

Anyway, I'm going on about nothing important so I'm leaving.

Love.
